Return Process

  Place the hat in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it is protected from crushing or damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
